Joynus Staffing is hiring Temp to Perm Bilingual Korean Quality Control (QC) Inspectors for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Hyundai/Kia Suppliers.

Position Title:  Bilingual Korean Quality Control (QC) Inspector (Temp to Perm or Long term Temp)

Department:  Quality Control

Shift:  Monday – Friday (Possibility of working up to 2 Saturdays per month)

Pay Rate: $12+/hr.  (DOE and Client Pay Rate)

 

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily inspections on leather car seat products for various car models according to client specifications and order quantity
• Approve or reject incoming material by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests
• Approve in-process production by confirming specifications and communicate required adjustments to production supervisor
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications and return products for re-work and confirm re-worked products
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste
• Report defects and analysis on cause of defects to upper management
• Assist in developing and implementing a correction plan for product defects
• Responsible for having a good grasp of the finished goods inventory
• Ensure 100% of products are inspected without error
• Ensure reworked products are placed on pallets without damage

 

Requirements:

• Fluent Korean speaking skills to communicate with various Korean only speaking management
• Ability to analyze cause of defects and report findings
• Documentation skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Comply with background check
• Comply with Drug/Alcohol Test
• Must have flexible schedule to accommodate schedule changes and work overtime to meet production schedules
• Must have a record of good attendance with previous employers and a recent outstanding work history
