We are hiring a Site Control Specialist responsible for ensuring the client's needs and overseeing the overall well-being of our employees working at client sites.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business plans driving all aspects of the partner relationship to maximize growth opportunities and ensuring the partner is well-positioned to deliver successful customer implementations and recommendations
• Work well in a team environment to ensure partner and customer satisfaction
• Design a compelling value proposition that inspires partners to promote our solutions
• Create services based on our strength to increase revenue growth
• Provide clear and consistent communication across the region with dedicated partners to build strong partnerships throughout your assignment
• Employee management on attendance, assignments, termination, policy guidelines, PPE, time cards, paychecks, and special training/orientation as needed
• Data entry on ERP/CRM & time clock management for employees
• Daily communication with clients (HR Dept. & Plant Supervisor) and employees to develop optimal positive rapport & relationship
• Reports on employee activities & incidents on a timely basis
• Attend training and meetings as required by clients and the company
• Perform other duties instructed by the manager
