Joynus is a national staffing, global mobility, executive search and contract outsourcing company. 

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with proven track record to develop new MSP and staffing accounts for Joynus and its subsidiaries.

Our staffing strategy is focused on hiring Automotive, Manufacturing, Light Industrial for temp-to-ire positions.

Due to our niche service in bridging cultural gap, we dominate bilingual Korean space in US currently. We also recruit talents from oversea to US and handle full comprehensive coordination. 

Ideal Candidates will bring at least 5 years of recent Sales and Account Management experience in a staffing or recruiting agency:

Responsibilities: 

• The Account Manager is dedicated to build new business opportunities.
• Act as liaison between recruiters and client
• Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure sales and marketing has same voice. 
• Collaborate with Business Development team to negotiate contract and handle urgency to close sales.
• Ensure smooth transition from close of sales to recruitment team.

Requirements: 

• Experience in B2B sales
• Experience in staffing and recruitment, 
• Experience in manufacturing or light industrial
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
