Loan Processor Assistant

Bilingual Korean and English required. 

Timeline Mortgage is a small family-like company comprised of six people. We recently moved to Suwanee to prepare for a rapid expansion. We have a culture where we value Integrity over all else and it has allowed us to continue to grow in the midst of the Pandemic.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative assistant duties for CEO and VP
• Communicate with prospects, clients, and leads.
• Assess credit using the provided software
• Gatekeeper for an inbound call
• Maintain precise data entry on financial records

Requirement

• Associates or Bachelor's degree
• Fluency in Korean and English
• Basic excel skill
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail on computer
• Interest in banking, loan, credit, mortgage and real estate

Compensation

• Health Insurance after the orientation period
• May convert to salary after orientation period
• Related field experience is a plus
