We are hiring a Site Control Specialist for a Renewable/Battery Manufacturer in Commerce, GA, responsible for ensuring the client's needs and overseeing the overall well-being of our employees working at the work sites.
Responsibilities:

- Employee management on attendance, assignments, termination, policy guidelines, PPE, time cards, paychecks, and special training/orientation as needed
- Data entry on ERP/CRM & time clock management for employees
- Daily communication with clients (HR Dept. & Plant Supervisor) and employees to develop optimal positive rapport & relationship
- Reports on employee activities & incidents on a timely basis
- Attend training and meetings as required by clients and the company
- Perform other duties instructed by the manager
Qualification:
- 4 Year Degree (Non-major specific)
- Uncanny ability to assess situations and determine the most suitable plan of action
- Excellent work ethic demonstrated by work history
- Strong problem-solving ability and sense of responsibility
- Tech Savvy, comfortable with various technology
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Exceptional organization skills and attention to details
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fully bilingual in Korean and English
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
