Job description:
We are hiring a Admin Assistant for a Renewable/Battery Manufacturer in Commerce, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Perform other duties as required
Qualification:
- Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and to assign priorities to those tasks
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work / Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Proficient computer skills with email and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving ability and sense of responsibility
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Fully bilingual in Korean and English
- Authorized to work in the United States
