We are hiring a Site Control Specialist for a Renewable/Battery Manufacturer in Commerce, GA, responsible for ensuring the client's needs and overseeing the overall well-being of our employees working at the work sites.

Responsibilities:

• Employee management on attendance, assignments, termination, policy guidelines, PPE, time cards, paychecks, and special training/orientation as needed
• Data entry on ERP/CRM & time clock management for employees
• Daily communication with clients (HR Dept. & Plant Supervisor) and employees to develop optimal positive rapport & relationship
• Reports on employee activities & incidents on a timely basis
• Attend training and meetings as required by clients and the company
• Perform other duties instructed by the manager

• Uncanny ability to assess situations and determine the most suitable plan of action
• Excellent work ethic demonstrated by work history
• Strong problem-solving ability and sense of responsibility
• Tech Savvy, comfortable with various technology
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to details
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Fully bilingual in Korean and English
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa Sponsorship Available)
